Experienced Waiter / Waitress (Front of House Team)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with a genuine, friendly attitude.
- Present menus, make detailed recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients or food allergies.
- Take accurate orders using our digital POS/handheld ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth timing and table rotation.
- Handle payments (cards/cash) and ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Fluency in English is required; basic knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Team player mentality with the capacity to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- Valid EU work permit and registered with a Dutch BSN.
